Course Title: “Do you know how to make the best Cipirinha?

This course transforms a simple, everyday concept—how to make the classic Brazilian Caipirinha—into an engaging and interactive learning experience. Using adult learning principles like scenario-based learning, microlearning, and multimedia integration, I designed the course to be fun, informative, and easy to absorb. Learners explore the drink's history and cultural significance and follow step-by-step instructions that cater to different learning styles. The course uses real-life simulations and interactive quizzes to enhance retention, making it both enjoyable and educational.

Training Leadership In Global Human Resource Management

This module was developed to equip future HR leaders with the tools to integrate social impact into strategic decision-making within a global context. Built using a backward design approach and grounded in the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework, it incorporates Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to ensure accessibility and inclusivity. Key strategies include scenario-based learning, ROI vs. SROI analysis, and concept mapping to help learners visualize how HR practices—such as sustainable sourcing, diversity training, and empowerment programs—align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Designed for adult learners in a master’s program, the module blends instructional design best practices with real-world application, preparing professionals to lead with both purpose and impact.
